First and foremost, we are a coffee roastery. We dedicate a great deal of time in selecting great quality coffees to roast lightly to unlock the full flavor potential each bean possesses, but just long enough to allow the sweetness to come through.
We consider our role in this community to be an educator. We have seen first-hand the steps that go into growing, harvesting, processing and selecting great coffee. We wish to share these experiences with coffee lovers.
Our shop is conveniently located on East Douglas Avenue, between downtown and College Hill. We are proud of the little neighborhoods we are nestled between, East Front and Uptown. We are becoming one with our neighbors, and we welcome you into our shop to enjoy our offerings.
We roast coffee freshly twice a week, and you can come visit and watch the process. Our retail space offers many cool brewing gadgets, all of which we offer on our cafe bar for your enjoyment. We can even share with you some tips on how you make better coffee at home. Just ask.
We specialize in sweet and delicious espresso and many other handcrafted coffee drinks. We even bottle our own cold brewed coffee to go. Look in the little vintage fridge.
And of course, all of our freshly roasted coffee offerings are available to take away to your home our office. If you enjoy great coffee at a coffee shop, you should probably enjoy great coffee at home, too.

Aero Plains Brewing was born out of a love of creating craft beers and the absence of a production and packaging brewery in Wichita. Aero Plains Brewing founders include Lance Minor, Ryan Waite and Brent Miller — all of whom have varied, but harmonious skill sets that when combined, create the perfect recipe for brewing success.
Aero Plains Brewing launched in 2016 and will be carried in restaurants and liquor stores across the state. The company name, and the stories behind the craft beers pay tribute to the vibrant history of Wichita.
