Acclaimed comedy troupe The Tenderloins, a.k.a. the cast of truTV’s “Impractical Jokers,” has added new U.S. dates to its smash tour “Santiago Sent Us.” The highly anticipated multi-city trek stops in Kansas City for a show at Starlight Theatre on Saturday, May 19.

The Tenderloins, a New York-based comedy troupe, has four members – Joe Gatto, James Murray, Brian Quinn and Sal Vulcano. Together, they are the creators, executive producers and stars of “Impractical Jokers,” now in its sixth season on truTV. The cable hit follows The Tenderloins coercing one another into doing public pranks while being filmed by hidden cameras. Each season takes the dares to more outrageous levels with new, over-the-top hijinks.

Their “Santiago Sent Us” tour continues to sell out theatres around the world, broadening The Tenderloins’ reach in the United States and United Kingdom.

Natives of Staten Island, N.Y., Gatto, Murray, Quinn and Vulcano met in high school and formed The Tenderloins Comedy Troupe in 1999. After years of performing live improv and sketch comedy shows, they crossed over to the Web, garnering millions of views for their internet sketches. The four went on to create “Impractical Jokers,” which is in the Top 5 in its time slot on U.S. cable and is the No. 1 show on Comedy Central in the U.K.

The troupe previously toured with the highly successful “truTV Impractical Jokers ‘Where’s Larry?’ Tour Starring the Tenderloins,” playing to thousands of fans per city and selling out a three-night run at New York’s historic Radio City Music Hall.
