WalletHub released their list of best places for Christmas Celebrations and sadly, Wichita landed pretty low...
ICT is #70 out of 100 cities, and some of the overall factors include:
Traditions and Fun - #88
Observance - #34
Generosity - #94
Shopping - #58
Costs - #29
- New York has the most Christmas events (per square root of the population), which is 29.5 times more than in Wichita, Kansas, the city with the fewest at 0.0016
Regardless of their findings, there are a ton of great ways to celebrate the holidays in Wichita! Personally, one of my favorite things is Victorian Christmas at Cowtown. My wife and I just went over the weekend!
You can also enjoy The Arcs Lights, carriage rides at Bradley Fair, and of course Illuminations at Botanica! You can find more great holiday events at Visit Wichita.
