There really is nothing like WrestleMania. It was one heck of a party the whole time, with all of the events and people to meet and talking to random fans because you like their t-shirt and seeing the new chapter start for WWE. All of it happened over the last few days!
Last night was the finale with the #RAWAfterMania, which is always one of the best shows of the year. To be a part of that is always special, and we got to see Cody Rhodes come out as the new WWE Universal Champion and have a face-off with The Rock. At the end, Rock handed Cody something that has the whole wrestling world guessing as to what it is.
Throughout the night, we got to see some of the NXT Superstars join the fun, with NXT Champion Ijla Dragunov facing Shinsuke Nakamura and NXT Women's Champion Roxanne Perez beat Indi Hartwell. Ijla and Roxanne are going to be bigtime players!
I loved John Cena helping Miz and R-Truth in the Six Man Tag Team Match against Judgment Day, Damian Priest coming on strong as the new WWE World Heavyweight Champion and, in the end, C.M. Punk screwing Drew McIntyre again to help Jey Uso get a shot at Priest's championship.
A great #RAWAfterMania and the future is looking good for the WWE in the new HHH Era! And it was an awesome WrestleMania Weekend all around. Philly came through huge with the events, the crowds of over 200,000 people going to all of the WWE shows, plus there were 1000 other things happening.
Today, I'm tired from it all but in a good way. Thanks for following along with my time over the last few days. Now where is WrestleMania 41 happening?!
